Commission for the conception and realisation of the publication Luchtfotografie, collectie Jacqueline Midavaine, de jaren 1960–1970 uitgelicht, developed on behalf of ZB Bibliotheek Zeeland. The project centred on the archival aerial photography of Jacqueline Midavaine from the 1960s and 1970s.

I was responsible for the conceptual framework, archival research, image selection, and contextual development of the publication. The book was published by the ZB Bibliotheek van Zeeland and designed by Sam Velenne Reith.

The commission also included curating the accompanying exhibition. For the book launch a special talk was organised with guests Kees Slager, writer / journalist and Jacqueline Midavaine, photographer. The exhibition and presentation took place at the Zeeland Paviljoen in Middelburg in February 2025.

This was an institutional commission by ZB Bibliotheek Zeeland and was developed independently from my autonomous artistic research project My Mother’s Archive.
